By accessing and using TubeToTranscript.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Permitted Use

TubeToTranscript is provided for personal, academic, research, and non-commercial utility purposes to facilitate reading and searching public captions. Users are responsible for complying with applicable copyright laws and platform guidelines when using transcript content.

3. Independent Service Disclaimer

TubeToTranscript is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with YouTube, Google LLC, or Alphabet Inc.

4. Paid API Plans, Billing & Refunds

Developer Starter, Pro Scale, and Enterprise are recurring subscription plans billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then — no further charges are made after cancellation.

Because API usage is metered and consumed continuously throughout a billing period, payments are generally non-refundable once a period has started. If you are charged in error, experience a billing issue caused by our service, or cancel within 7 days of your first payment on a plan and have made minimal use of it, contact us via the Contact page and we will review the request in good faith. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Annual plans cancelled after the first 7 days are not refunded for unused months but will not renew.

Payments are processed by a third-party merchant of record, who handles payment collection, applicable tax remittance, and billing support alongside us.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of creator-uploaded or auto-generated caption tracks.
